Terms of Use
These terms set out what this site is, what contacting Evrata does and does not create, and what Evrata can and cannot commit to.
The agreement
These terms govern use of this site. Reading it, contacting Evrata through it, or replying to a message sent by Evrata means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Evrata is a brand of Kymatos LLC, and references to Evrata in these terms include Kymatos LLC. George P. Grimbilas is the founding principal and the person you deal with.
What Evrata does
Evrata works on senior hiring in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and wealth management M&A. Nothing outside that.
Evrata introduces people. Evrata does not run or manage searches, and nothing on this site should be read to say otherwise. The approach page describes how the work is done, and the expertise page sets out the seats and the firm types covered.
No engagement is created
Submitting information to Evrata creates no engagement. Sending an email, completing a form, giving a mobile number, taking a call, or having a conversation does not create an engagement, a client relationship, an agency relationship, or an employment relationship of any kind.
Evrata is not your agent and does not represent you. Nobody becomes an employee, contractor, partner, or joint venturer of Evrata or of Kymatos LLC by corresponding with either. An engagement exists only where it is set out in a written agreement signed by the parties to it.
Evrata is never paid by candidates. No individual is charged a fee at any stage, for any reason, and there is nothing here for a candidate to buy.
No guarantee of outcome
Nothing on this site or in any conversation is a promise of an outcome. Evrata does not guarantee an introduction, an interview, an offer, a placement, a hire, fit, performance in a seat, or how long anyone stays in a role.
Hiring decisions belong to the hiring firm. The decision to take a role belongs to the person taking it. Both sit outside the control of Evrata, and neither is warranted here.
No verification or background checks
Evrata makes no representation that it verifies credentials or conducts background checks. That is stated plainly so that nobody relies on a step that has not happened.
Evrata does not verify degrees, licenses, registrations, employment history, compensation history, or references, and does not run background, credit, or criminal record checks. Information passed on by Evrata is information as it was given to Evrata. A firm considering a hire should carry out its own diligence, and a person considering a move should do the same on the firm.
What Evrata cannot commit to
Evrata cannot bind a search firm. Evrata does not quote fees, negotiate or agree terms, sign agreements, or make commitments of any kind on behalf of any search firm.
Fees and terms come from the firm that contracts the work, and only a document signed by that firm binds it. Nothing said in a conversation, written in an email or a text message, or published on this site is an offer, a quote, an acceptance, or a representation on the behalf of any firm. Where a number or a term matters, take it from the firm in writing.
Information you send
Information you send to Evrata may be shared with the search firm. If you describe a mandate, a seat, a firm, or a person's background, that description may be passed to the search firm involved in the relevant search, and to the client firm where a conversation has reached that point.
Send only what you are free to send. Do not send confidential information belonging to an employer or to a third party, material non-public information, deal information covered by a confidentiality agreement, or anything an agreement you are bound by forbids you to disclose. Responsibility for what you send is yours, including any claim that arises because you were not free to send it.
The privacy policy explains what is collected, why, and how long it is kept.
Use of this site
This site is published for information. Nothing on it is legal, financial, tax, investment, or employment advice, nothing on it is an offer of employment, and nothing on it is a solicitation of investment.
Content and marks
The text, the layout, the structured data, the Evrata name, and the Evrata mark belong to Kymatos LLC. Read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it freely. Do not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or scrape it to build or train a competing service.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to interfere with it, gain access you are not entitled to, probe it, overload it, or use any contact route on it to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk material.
Availability and third party services
The site is provided as it stands, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. Availability is not guaranteed and pages change without notice. Where the site links to something Evrata does not control, such as a scheduling page or an external profile, Evrata is not responsible for the content, the availability, or the practices of that service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Evrata nor Kymatos LLC is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, or reputational harm, arising out of use of this site, out of information exchanged through it, out of an introduction, or out of any hiring or career decision.
Total liability for any claim relating to this site, or to information passed through it, is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Text messaging terms
Evrata sends text messages only to people who have given prior express consent, for example by giving a mobile number and agreeing to be contacted on it. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of anything, including being considered for a role.
Program description
The Evrata messaging program is one to one conversation about a specific search, an introduction, or a conversation already under way, together with scheduling confirmations and reminders for calls and meetings that have been arranged. Messages are sent from +1 (917) 399-7704 on behalf of Evrata, a brand of Kymatos LLC. Evrata does not send marketing or promotional text messages. Mobile numbers and consent are never sold, and are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Age restriction
This site and the Evrata messaging program are intended for people aged 18 or over. By submitting the contact form or consenting to receive text messages you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Evrata does not knowingly collect information from, or send messages to, anyone under 18.
Frequency, rates, and delivery
Message frequency varies, because messages follow a conversation rather than a schedule. Message and data rates may apply, and charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers can change without notice.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. One confirmation is sent and no further messages follow. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, and the reply gives contact details for the program.
Email george@evrata.com to opt out or to ask a question about the program. That works as well as the keywords.
You can also call or text +1 (917) 399-7704, which is the number the messages come from.
Privacy
Mobile information is handled under the privacy policy, which covers what is collected, who it is shared with, and how consent is recorded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New York State, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms, or out of use of this site, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York City, and you consent to venue there.
If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
Changes to these terms
These terms change from time to time. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the date at the top of the page is when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
Questions
Questions about these terms go to us directly. We would rather answer a question about this page than have anyone guess at what it means.
