Privacy Policy
This site collects very little. This page says exactly what, why it is collected, who else sees it, and how long it is kept.

Who this policy covers
This policy covers evrata.com and nothing else. Evrata is a brand of Kymatos LLC and the practice of George P. Grimbilas, who works in Private Equity, Private Credit, Hedge Funds, and Investment Banking. The expertise page sets out that ground in full.
Evrata is operated from New York City. Information sent through this site is stored and handled in the United States.
What the contact form collects
The contact form collects five things: your name, your email address, your phone number, your LinkedIn profile URL, and a free-text note about why you are getting in touch.
That is the whole list. There is no account to create, no password, no payment, and no field anywhere on this site that asks for anything beyond those five.
This site does not ask for resumes
There is no upload control anywhere on this site and no attachment field on the form. No page here asks you to send a document, and no document is needed to start a conversation.
The free-text note is a note. A few sentences about what you are working on, or what you are looking for, is all it is there to carry.
How the information is used
What you send through the form is used to reply to you and to judge whether a conversation is worth the time of both people in it. That is the entire purpose of collecting it.
It is not sold, rented, or traded. It is not added to a marketing list. It is not used to target advertising, here or anywhere else. There is no newsletter. If you write once and there is no reason to write again, nothing further will arrive.
The contact page is the only place on this site that collects anything from you.
What is shared, and with whom
Evrata shares what you submit with the established search firm George P. Grimbilas works with, and only where a conversation could lead to an introduction. That is the only routine sharing this site does, and the approach page describes how the work is divided.
Beyond that, information reaches only the services that run this site and this practice, such as the email and form providers, and anyone the law obliges disclosure to. Each of those handles what it receives under its own terms.
Text messaging and SMS opt-in
If you tick the consent box on the contact form, you are opting in to receive text messages from Evrata about your enquiry: confirmations and reminders for calls you have scheduled, and short follow-ups about a conversation already under way. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not required to submit the form and is never a condition of working with Evrata.
Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented, shared or otherwise disclosed to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes, and no mobile opt-in data is shared with affiliates or lead generators under any circumstances.
The only parties that see a mobile number are the messaging provider that delivers the message on our behalf, and the search firm where an introduction is actually under way. Neither may use it for their own marketing.
Data security practices
Information submitted through this site is transmitted over HTTPS and held in a password-protected, access-controlled system. Access is limited to George P. Grimbilas, and to the search firm where a conversation is actually under way. Accounts holding this information use multi-factor authentication.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so this is a description of the care taken rather than a guarantee. If you would rather not put something in a form, write or call instead and say so.
How long information is kept
What a candidate sends through this site is kept only as long as it is needed to make an introduction. After that it is deleted.
Client enquiries are kept for as long as the working relationship runs and for the period that ordinary business records require. If a conversation goes nowhere, there is no reason to hold the record, and it goes.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. There is no advertising pixel, no session recorder, no chat widget, and no social embed.
One third party is involved in loading a page. Google Analytics sets its own cookies, described in the next section. The typefaces are served from this domain, not from Google Fonts, so reading a page here sends nothing to Google beyond that analytics request.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which pages get read. That is the whole reason it is installed.
Google Analytics collects standard measurement data: the pages viewed, an approximate location derived from your IP address, the device and browser type, and the site that referred you. It is configured for measurement only. Advertising features, audience sharing, and remarketing are switched off.
Nothing you type into the contact form is sent to Google Analytics.
Why there is no cookie banner
There is no cookie consent banner on this site, and that is a decision rather than an oversight. The audience is in the United States, no advertising cookies are set, and analytics runs in a measurement-only configuration, so a banner would gate nothing that matters while standing in front of everyone who arrives.
If you would rather not be counted, a content blocker or Google's own browser opt-out add-on will stop the analytics script from loading. The site behaves exactly the same without it.
Access, correction, and deletion
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email george@evrata.com and say which of the three you want. We reply quickly.
A phone call does the same job: +1 (917) 399-7704.
There is no request form and no account to verify. We may ask one question to confirm the request is coming from you, and then it is done. Asking for deletion costs you nothing and closes nothing you would want left open.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted on this page and the date at the top changes with it. No archive of earlier versions is kept, so the text on this page is the text in force.
